Fitness

GENERAL FITNESS

· Fitness Assessment – Find out where your current fitness level is.  Includes body composition, cardiovascular fitness, dynamic posture, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility.

· Personal Training – For those who want or need one on one attention.  General routines and individualized routines available.

· Fitness Coaching – Achieve your fitness goals with quality training sessions two or three times a week.  Fitness routines are geared toward general fitness in a small group setting.

· Open Gym – If you are interested in fitness maintenance, this is the right program for you.  Continue your prescribed workouts after your initial training sessions.

SENIOR FITNESS – age 60+

· Senior Fitness Test – These tests will assess the functional fitness of older adults.  Includes lower and upper body strength and flexibility, aerobic endurance, and agility and dynamic balance.

· Open Gym – Fitness maintenance in a comfortable, intimate setting.  Trained staff will guide you into the proper kind and amount of exercise.

· Fall Prevention exercise classes available to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.

EXERCISE IS MEDICINETM

· Supervised exercise by an ACSM Certified Health Fitness Specialist for individuals with health concerns such as diabetes, hypertension, peripheral artery disease, post cardiac rehab, etc.

· Need physician’s approval to begin.
